The Iowa Department of Revenue has issued final equalization orders for Butler County.
The orders will be applied to the 2007 assessment year.
The orders are as follows:
All residential property(including farm houses) +8%
All agricultural land and buildings +16% | | |
| HOMESTEAD CREDIT:
If you have just purchased a home, apply at the Assessor's office.
MILITARY EXEMPTION:
If you have served any military time, you may qualify for a military exemption.
